Open the till
Count the float. If yesterday's cash doesn't match, you see it now, not at month end.
Scan, weigh, sell
Barcodes and weighing-scale labels go straight onto the bill. Cash, card, wallet or udhaar. Items that aren't in stock can't be sold by mistake.
Close and count
Count note by note. Centrixa shows over or short, keeps the float for tomorrow and moves the rest to the bank.
Udhaar & customers
Know who owes you, and send them a reminder on WhatsApp.
Udhaar is written at the till or on the invoice, on the customer's own account. No khata to lose, no totals to add up at night.

Will Centrixa fit my type of business?
Centrixa is made for any business that buys, sells or provides a service: retail and wholesale, distribution, service and repair centres, businesses that sell on installments, with one outlet or many branches. The words on screen can be set for your trade, and if you need something specific, we can customise it.
Do I need to know accounting?
No. You buy, sell and pay as you do today, and Centrixa writes every entry in the books by itself. Profit & loss, the balance sheet and cash & bank are ready whenever you or your accountant ask for them.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. Centrixa runs online, in the browser, so your data stays safe even if a computer breaks. Many businesses keep a 4G device as a backup. If the connection drops, the till shows it at once and carries on when it is back.
Will it work with my scanner, printer and scale?
Any USB barcode scanner works. Receipts print on 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printers, and documents on A4. The cash drawer opens through the receipt printer. Weighing scales that print barcode labels are read at the till.
Can I bring in my existing data?
Yes. Products, opening stock, customers and suppliers can be imported from Excel, and we help you do it.
Who can see my data?
Only your business. Every business's data is kept apart, and your staff see only what their role allows. You can export any list to Excel at any time. See our privacy policy.
